Why this site exists
Booked truthfully, including the parts most listings leave out.
Some listings in this complex have been accused, in public reviews, of advertising amenities they do not have. So this site does the opposite: every claim is sourced, and anything we cannot yet prove stays off the page until we can.
What we can prove today
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6, on the 3rd floor.
- Elevator — None. It is a third-floor walk-up; if stairs are hard for anyone in your party, ask us first.
- Interior ~1,200 sq ft — smaller than the 1,500 the neighbouring units advertise. We would rather be right than big.
- 2 pools in the complex — both shared with other units, never private.
- 29 reviews on Airbnb, 3 on VRBO — read them before you trust us.
What we are still checking
- The sea pool's drain-and-refill schedule.
- A measured Wi-Fi speed. The line is fibre; we will not put a number on it until we have run a test on site.
- Whether Reggae Beach is walkable right now — it rates poorly and may be closed.
